Position: Sales Manager / Training provided but sales experience a plus
Hours: Flexible / Some weekends required
Pay Rate: $25 per sales session plus 5% commission (possibility for increase after 6 months)
Key Responsibilities:
- Call clients to schedule their sales session (must be flexible)
- Offer refreshments to clients
- Go over images with clients
- Show clients all options for their images (albums, collages, wall galleries,
collections, framing etc...
- Must be comfortable in gentle up-selling
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Must be willing to learn new programs
- Take clients final orders
- Must be comfortable working independently
- Follow up with clients after they receive their final orders
Position Summary:
The sales manager is responsible for calling clients to schedule their return visit for their proofing/sales session. View images with clients and help them choose their images. Sessions typically last 1-2 hours. Must have basic computer knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proper dress required (no shorts, jeans, tanks, sneakers etc..)
Photography experience not required but a plus.
Some weekend work is required according to client schedules.
Position: Part Time Photographer Assistant
Hours: 8-10 hours per week
Pay Rate: $8 per hour, plus $25 commision per client aquisition
Key Responsibilites:
- Set up studio for portrait sessions
- Break down and clean up after portrait sessions
- Help photographer during session (changing props/backdrops, moving lights,
repositioning fans, steaming backdrops, holding reflectors etc..)
- Studio maintenance and cleaning (including but not limited to...vacuuming,
mopping, sweeping in and outside, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms, taking
out cardboard etc...)
- Placing client orders
- Packaging client orders (includes unpacking, double checking and organizing
client orders).
- Maintain packaging inventory and notify when restocking is necessary
- Assembling albums
- Mailing or delivering clients orders (post office runs)
- Calling clients (excellent phone manners required)
- Scheduling new clients
- Burning CD's and putting in clients folders
- Mailing out birthday cards and thank you cards
- Putting away clients folders
- Keeping prop room neat and organized
- Follow up with clients to make sure they were completely satisfied
- Possible traveling involved for on location sessions and weddings
- Other duties assigned
