About NJ's Best Maternity, Newborn and Child Photographers

Thank you for your interest in our studio! A little about us...
Image is Everything Studios, LLC came about when Stacy Cortese of Stacy Cortese Photography and Desiree Miller of Back Woods Photography decided to intertwine their former businesses in January 2009.

Desiree has been a professional photographer for over 8 years. She has been married to her husband for almost 14 years and they have two beautiful children together.

Stacy has been a professional photographer for thirteen years. She has been married to her husband for 15 years and they also have two beautiful daughters, Jacelynn and Emma.

Together, they opened a studio in Franklinville, NJ in March 2008 as. In the few months that they were at this location, they had been blessed with so many new and returning clients. Due to the overwhelming growth in such a short period, combining the businesses to better serve their valued clients became paramount and Image is Everything Studios, llc was born!

Their goal was to offer a photographic experience like nothing else in the area.
In September of 2009, Desiree and Stacy moved to a larger location in Clayton NJ.
They have since outgrown that studio and in May of 2013 they moved to their newest and hopefully, final location at the John C. Rulon house in Swedesboro, NJ.

A little about the studio...
Upon entering the 1800's studio, you will feel a quaint charm, reminiscent of the era in which it was first built. Much of the historic home remains in it's original splendor with the original pocket doors to the woodwork.
The building now homes this professional boutique studio as opposed to the rushed retail, high volume studios that some may be used to. Desiree and Stacy have years of experience and use only the finest in camera and lighting equipment as well as a large investment in the huge selection of props and backdrops. They work both with studio lighting as well as beautiful natural lighting found in and around the studio.
